I do this by ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and capability, constant communication at all levels, drawing a lot of explanatory pictures, asking a lot of questions, and taking personal responsibility for delivery.

I think constantly about how organisations can be more productive, and projects more successful; occasionally putting my thoughts into words.
